Sarah Eger

Biography

Sarah graduated from Dartmouth College in 2019 with a BA in Neuroscience and a BA in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies. After graduating, she worked as the lab manager of the Greicius Lab at Stanford University where she investigated rare and common genetic variants that increase neurodegenerative disease risk or promote cognitive resilience and pathology resistance. 

Research

At UCSB, she is a DYNS graduate student in Professor Kenneth Kosik’s lab, where she studies neurodegeneration using single cell RNA sequencing.
